Alaska, the last frontier. The beauty and excitement of being able to photograph and film this state was through the roof.

As soon as we touched down in Anchorage, we felt like we were international. It didn't seem like a place this beautiful was

a part of the United States. Soon after we landed, we took off again. An hour flight from Anchorage to Unalakleet was in

front of us to spend a week at the beautiful Unalakleet River Lodge. Once in Unalakleet, we took a small boat 45 minutes

upriver, until we crested a small bend and saw the multi-building lodge perfectly perched into a mountainside. We
